Natural Hack: Beautiful Inside My Mind (750ml Wine Bottle)

Our latest vintage of Beautiful Inside My Mind from our wine project, Natural Hack.

Beautiful Inside My Mind is a raw, sparkling red wine fermented spontaneously featuring 100% Marquette, farmed and fermented by Natural Hack, in Vermont. 12% abv.

In 2021, a few members of our team harvested Marquette grapes from our own vines and those at @fisherbrotherfarmvermont. At our barrel house in Charlotte, we crushed the grapes into an oak foudre where they spontaneously fermented for several days prior to moving into barrels. After a year of rest, we selected and blended our favorite barrels with a small dose of our own raw honey to condition in the bottle and add a little pop.

This wine is jammy with notes of plum, black cherry and currant. It exhibits a zippy acidic funk. Soft medium mouthfeel with a pleasantly dry, light, fine tannin finish. Enjoy at room temperature or slightly chilled.
